Are the spa services included in the package?
No, are not included in the package but you can enjoy massages and therapies during your stay at an extra cost.
What is the cancellation policy for the event package?
- A 100% deposit is required within 48 hours of confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable (guarantees the reservation).
- 100% penalty for the package value, in case of cancellation or No-show.
Is transfer to the resort included in the package?
Transfer is not included, but we can assist you with arranging transfers upon request.
