The Revenue and Reservation Manager at Lebada Luxury & Spa Resort is responsible for optimizing room occupancy and revenue through strategic management of inventory, pricing, and sales strategies. This role also oversees the reservation process and reservations team, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will require analytical expertise, working closely with various departments to drive commercial performance and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
This role is based at the Lebada Luxury & Spa Resort Sales office in Bucharest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and market trend reviews to inform pricing strategies
- Oversee and maintain the room inventory for both group and individual bookings.
- Implement and monitor room and rate inventory controls, including group inventory cut-off dates and blackout periods.
- Manage the entire reservation process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling bookings.
- Train, support and manage the reservation staff to deliver excellent customer service and manage complex reservation requests.
- Collaborate with the Front Office, Sales and Marketing teams to drive incremental revenue and improve key performance indicators.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reported information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue management and reservation operations with a hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with a Hotel PMS (Opera, Sihot, etc.) is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Romanian and English.

Executive chef

A 5-star resort in Romania is looking for its culinary leader as Executive Chef. The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in fine dining. You will run the kitchens effectively by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with restaurant managers in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurants.
With 4 Restaurants and a massive F&B operation (summer kitchens, catering, conferences and banquets, weddings) this requires a highly skilled seasonal professional, who is certainly hands-on on, leads from the front with the following attributes:
- Must speak Romanian and English and must be an EU citizen or have the right to work within the European Union.
- Has experience in a 5-star hotel at least as Executive Sous Chef. This role may fit a very strong number 2
- Restructure the entire kitchen organization and lead and train a team of up to 80 coworkers. This is not for someone who just wants “to do his job” as we need someone who wants to make a name for himself and can restructure an entire culinary department whilst operating (kind of an opening in an open resort)
- Oversee also the Purchasing Department when it comes to any food items as well as storage at the resort
- Has experience with International Cuisine but also with Romanian cuisine.
- Thinks out of the box and is driven to exceed guests’ expectations daily
- Creative and trendsetter – no copy/paste, please
- Willing to work at a remote location
- Leader personality, no ego personality, comfortable to speak to guests and VIPs
- Able to create new menus for Conferences and Banqueting within given guidelines
- Comfortable working with computers and basic applications such as emails, excel, word, etc.
- Calm under stress, focused, flexible, and problem fixer
- Overseeing all culinary operations including the stewarding department as well as purchasing and stores
- Position available immediately

Reservations Agent - Bucharest Office

Job Summary:
Processes reservations in a timely manner following the resort standards. Answers reservations inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all reservations telephone calls and emails in a friendly manger, using clear communication
- Promptly provide accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information
- Manage customer requests via phone or email, regarding reservations made, control of payments, special customer requests, changes, cancellations, hotel or transfer emergency with clients travelling
- Assist other departments such as Sales and Front Office with reservation related questions
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
About you

- Analytical skills, great attention to details and organized
- Proficiency in using reservations software and related tools, preferably Opera / Fidelio

Front Desk Officer

- Greet guests at the dock and contribute to creating a memorable welcome experience at the resort.
- Handle check-in and check-out formalities, registering arrivals and departures.
- Record all reservation operations, accommodations, room allocations, service charges, departures, and any additional services in the Opera hotel management system.
- Respond to guest requests throughout their stay and provide support and solutions for special requirements.
- Promote all services and products available at the resort to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the operating hours of facilities (restaurants, bars, pool, spa), transfers to and from the resort, special programs, and events taking place at the resort.
- Prepare activity reports, fiscal reports, and end-of-day closings (audit), ensuring the reconciliation of payments and amounts received.
- Collaborate with the sales department and other operational departments to respond to guest requests and ensure all inquiries are addressed and resolved.
- Escort guests to their rooms if necessary and assist with luggage transportation if needed.
- You are open, hospitable, always smiling, kind, and prompt.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology.
- You work well under pressure and have strong multitasking abilities.
- You are patient, communicate easily, and can provide polite answers even to the most challenging questions.
- You have experience with a hotel management system, preferably Opera or Fidelio.
- You are capable of interacting with all types of people, you get over things quickly and move on easily.
- We are located on an island in the heart of the Danube Delta Biosphere. The only way to reach us is by water or air. For convenience, all employees live at the resort, with accommodation and meals provided.
