  • White onion (2 medium pieces)
  • Carrots (2 large pieces)
  • Potatoes (3 large pieces)
  • Garlic (2-3 cloves for flavor)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon (juice of one lemon for that specific sour taste)
  • Sour cream (200g for a creamy texture)
  • Fresh greens (lovage or parsley for extra freshness)
